Μπορείτε να εγκαταστήσετε την ελληνική ορθογραφία και συλλαβισμό (σύντομα και θησαυρό) στο OpenOffice.org με την παρακάτω διαδικασία. Στην εγκατάσταση των βασικών πακέτων της ελληνικής ή αγγλικής έκδοσης του OpenOffice.org δεν υπάρχει η υποστήριξη ορθογραφίας/συλλαβισμού για τα ελληνικά. SIL Open Font License (OFL)
Είναι πολύ θετικό που το SIL International προωθεί την διαδικασία δημιουργίας μιας ελεύθερης άδειας διάθεσης γραμματοσειρών. Σκοπεύουν να την χρησιμοποιήσουν για την διάθεση κάποιων γραμματοσειρών και ελπίζω μια από αυτές να είναι η Gentium, διότι περιλαμβάνει ελληνικά (μονοτονικό και πολυτονικό).
